Structured, research-based programmes for inclusion, behaviour, and wellbeing — designed for consistent delivery and credible inspection evidence.
RefocusED provides structured, research-based interventions designed to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs — including ADHD, SEMH, ASC, and experiences of trauma or adversity (ACEs). Most interventions are a complete 6 session programme.
Each intervention follows clear psychological and educational principles, allowing staff to deliver support that is practical, measurable, and emotionally safe. The programmes are written by qualified teachers, SENDCOs, and psychologists. Interventions are primarily designed for one to one delivery. Some programmes can be adapted for small group use where appropriate, depending on student need and programme design.
Every programme is a ready to deliver, booklet based sequence with a clear session flow, matched to need through a short assessment, with no additional planning required.
