Why RefocusED exists

Meet the team

Balazs Franko

Director of Interventions and Strategic Development

Balazs is a SENDCo and intervention specialist with over 13 years' experience across mainstream and alternative education. He's taught in 16 schools across three countries and led science and safeguarding in trauma informed settings.

Andras Franko

Senior Therapeutic Advisor

Andras is a couples and family therapist with 30+ years' experience. He founded When Parents Drink and advises RefocusED, blending trauma sensitive care with deep expertise in family systems.

Tom Moon

Director of Programme Delivery and Partnerships

Tom is a Deputy Headteacher and SEND specialist with deep experience in curriculum and behaviour strategy. At RefocusED, he co leads programme delivery and national rollout, bridging practice and policy.
